Orders and shipping
We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days .
During special periods, such as promotions or the pre-holiday period, delivery may take up to 7 business days – however, we always strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Yes, if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Simply email us at office@bombshe.com with your new details and we'll change the address. You can also feel free to call us at +48 883188089.

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order in person at our boutique in Wrocław. Simply select the "Personal collection" option when placing your order.

Products
Every piece in our collection is created in our own small sewing workshop in Wrocław. The exceptions are sweaters, which we create in collaboration with a friendly knitting shop in Pabianice, and some jeans, which we sew with trusted partners because we don't have dedicated machinery. This allows us to offer high quality while maintaining complete control over the process and working conditions.
Each product description includes a table with the product's measurements, measured flat, and the model's measurements in the photo. If you have any questions, please email us at office@bombshe.com
Yes, you can sign up for notifications about the availability of a specific size. We'll notify you via email when the product becomes available again.
complaints and returns
Returns can be submitted within 30 calendar days of receipt of the shipment.
We do not process exchanges directly - please place a new order and send the old product back as a return.

Yes, absolutely. Just bring the package with the completed returns form or ask the staff for a form to complete on-site.
We will process refunds using the same method used to pay for your order. If you choose cash on delivery or traditional bank transfer, please provide your bank account number on the returns form.
Once the refund is processed, we'll transfer the funds back to the same payment method. This process takes up to 10 business days.
Please send us an email with photos and a description of the defect to office@bombshe.com . We will review your report within 14 days.
