In the message, please provide your order number, briefly describe the defect and attach 2-3 photos.

Please attach a completed complaint form to the package (download: [ link to form ]) and proof of purchase (receipt/invoice/payment confirmation).

The original packaging is not required by law – if possible, pack the product securely to prevent damage in transit.

We will consider the complaint no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product shipment.

In accordance with regulations, we will first offer repair or replacement .

If this is impossible or disproportionately difficult (or if the defect is significant), you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract (money refund).

• If your complaint is accepted , we will reimburse the reasonable costs of returning the product to us (please retain your proof of postage). Returning the repaired/replaced product to you is at our expense .

  If the complaint is dismissed , we will send the product back to you; in justified cases, the shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
  

We are responsible for any non-conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from the date of delivery. Report any non-conformity without undue delay after it is discovered (preferably immediately after noticing).

A receipt is not required – other proof of purchase (e.g. payment confirmation or order number) is sufficient.

Damage resulting from improper use or washing in accordance with the label does not constitute a product defect.

We sew most of our items in our sewing room in Wrocław; sweaters are made in a friendly knitting factory in Pabianice , and some jeans are made by specialized partners – this allows us to diagnose and repair any defects faster.
