We want you to be happy with your purchases at Bombshe - if something doesn't quite suit you, you can return it.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your shipment to make a return.

Conditions: clean product, unused , odorless and with a set of tags.

1. Return form
   
   Please submit your return request by logging in to your account or using the return form ( download it here).
   
2. Product packaging
   
   Place the returned clothing in its original packaging (or appropriately secured), attach the completed form and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or copy thereof) if you did not report the return through your account.
   
3. Sending a parcel
   
   Send via CONVENIENT RETURNS or send the parcel yourself to the following address:
   Bombshe
   Onufrego Zagłoby Street 48, 54-514 Wroclaw
   
   Keep the shipping confirmation with the number – it may be needed for verification.
   
4. Verification and refund
   
   Once we receive your package, we'll check its condition. If everything is in order, we'll issue a refund within 14 days of verification.
   

The refund will be made using the same payment method you selected when ordering, unless you choose otherwise (in accordance with regulations).

thanks to which you can send a parcel quickly and without printing a label - even from home.
